I haven’t seen Amanda is 20 years, holy cow, that is along time.  It has been incredible for me to reconnect with old high school friends since moving back to Colorado.  The best is being part of documenting their amazing families.  This was the Burrow’s first family photos, can you believe that, what a honor.  We went to the local lake here in Delta and it was a perfect morning, with warm lighting and a cool breeze.  I loved photographing them and can’t wait to get them in front of my camera again.

So proud of myself….

So proud of myself….

Look I’m a baby artist when it comes to painting.  I’m learning everyday on what is working for me and what isn’t.  I decided to use one of my buddies and photographer Lauren Shipman’s photo as inspiration to tackle a new challenge for me.  I have to say I’m pretty proud of myself for giving it a go.  Here are some progress photos so far.  We shall see where it lands when it is finished.  I’m not in a rush though, I want to take my time.
